"Pretty good snacks and drinks overall"
I’d say the food was tasty, and the drinks were good too. Overall, it was a nice little spot for snacks and something to drink.

"Really nice with the kids"
We went with my husband and our two kids, and it was easier than I expected. The staff were friendly, the lines weren’t too bad, and the views kept the kids entertained pretty much the whole time. I don’t know, some NYC places feel like a lot, but this didn’t feel too stressful. We’d definitely do it again as a family.

I mostly went for the pictures, i’m glad I trusted my instinct because it was totally worth it. The skyline views were super clear, and getting shots of the Empire State Building was easy without too much hassle. It did get busy, so I just waited a little and that made a big difference. Still ended up with tons of good photos, and the staff did a nice job keeping everything moving.

Umm, the place was really clean. Even the bathrooms were spotless, which made the whole visit feel a lot more comfortable.

"Great view, but the bathroom situation felt off"
The view was really nice, and that part lived up to the hype. But the bathroom situation kind of ruined the mood for me.

There was a long line, one stall was out of order, and the whole place smelled like it hadn’t been checked in a while. The sink area was wet and messy too, which made me wonder if anyone was actually keeping an eye on it. For how much they charge and how many people they bring in, I expected the basics to be handled better. Not a terrible visit, just annoying.

"Nice Views, Ridiculous Prices"
The views were really good, but the ticket prices are just way too high. It feels like they know people want the experience and they’re taking advantage of it. Frustrating, because it could’ve been a great visit if they weren’t charging so much.

"Nice View, Long Wait"
We ended up waiting way too long, honestly longer than I expected, but the view was really nice, so that helped a bit.

"Crowded because they clearly don’t plan well"
I went late in the afternoon and yeah, it wasn’t completely packed, but it was still way busier than it needed to be. The lines did move faster than I expected, so I’ll give them that, and we were still able to grab decent spots for photos. But it felt like the crowd was only manageable because people were being patient, not because the place had things under control. They really need to do a better job planning for busy times.

"The view was really nice. No complaints…"
The view was really nice. No complaints there. But the elevator ride felt rushed. Packed too. Staff kept everyone moving, which was good. Just wish getting up and down felt less stressful.

"Really easy to get to"
Such a convenient spot in Midtown. We literally just walked over after lunch and didn’t have to plan much at all. I’d give it 5 stars, but it was crowded, so I’m going with 4.

"Easy enough, but I felt a bit rushed"
I found the elevators quickly, which was nice, but once I was trying to leave I felt a little pressured and the exit signs weren’t as clear as they could’ve been. It wasn’t a huge issue, just a bit confusing in the moment

Stopped in after taking in the view and really liked this little gift shop. They had some cute souvenirs, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely a nice place to pick up a small gift or keepsake.

"The views were totally worth it"
I went around sunset the city looked incredible. You could see Central Park and the Empire State Building so clearly. It was a bit crowded, but like I said, the views were totally worth it. Like I said, if you go for sunset, you’ll probably get some amazing photos.

"Great Views, Slow Start"
I mainly visited for the views, and they were definitely worth it. The only downside was the security screening, which felt a bit slow and crowded. The staff were fine, not rude or anything, just seemed a little rushed. They check bags kind of like at the airport, so be ready for that. Overall it was okay, just not the smoothest way to start the visit

"Super Easy Booking"
Booking was so easy. There were tons of time slots available, even for the exact day we wanted, which was a nice surprise. Who wants to sit there stressing over limited options? I liked being able to pick the exact time that worked for us, and the confirmation came through really fast too. Overall, it was just a smooth, simple process...

I tried a couple of the add-ons and they were fun, but they felt a little expensive for what they were. Based on this one experience, I’d say the extras are probably worth checking out if you don’t mind spending a bit more, but they can definitely make the total climb fast...

"I visited Top of the Rock the…"
I visited Top of the Rock the entry process was much smoother than I expected. The staff kept the line moving, the signs were clear, and our time slot was checked really quickly. Even though there were plenty of people there, it never felt chaotic or confusing. I really appreciated how organized everything was before heading up. For a busy attraction like this, that kind of setup is definitely worth it and made the whole visit feel stress-free from the start.

"I assumed we were going to be…"
I assumed we were going to be stuck wandering around for a while when we got confused about where to go, but the staff helped us right away. They answered quickly, were really nice about it, and didn’t make us feel rushed at all. I figured it might be a hassle, but they made the whole visit way easier than I expected
